In a block builder you choose a template and fill it in. Fast and clear — but the site keeps looking like the template, and what the template did not foresee cannot be added.
Here you do not choose a template. You describe the task, and the site is assembled for it. If you want, there are twelve ready visual styles, but they set colours and fonts, not structure.
The practical difference: instead of "put this block here" you say "show what clients say here".
In many builders the code is closed: you cannot see what was assembled. Here the project has a code mode — a file tree on the left, a full Monaco editor on the right, the same one from VS Code. The code is in React, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS.
Changes are saved. So you do the ordinary work by talking and fix the delicate part by hand — or show it to your own developer, who sees familiar technology.

A studio suits you if the site is complex, must connect to other systems, or is needed as an asset that is entirely yours. That is a one-off payment and a longer timeline.
